By accessing or using Boxing Timer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boxing Timer is a free web-based interval timer designed for boxing training. A Pro plan is available with additional features including unlimited rounds, custom presets, and more.

3. Pro Plan and License Keys

Pro plan access is granted via a license key issued upon purchase through Polar.sh. License keys are issued per activation and may not be shared or resold. Subscriptions are managed through Polar.sh and may be cancelled at any time via your Polar customer portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent payment or license verification systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or modify the Service

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service during physical training is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

RootlessStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
